I have been doing athletics since 2001. There have been some really cool, but also some very frustrating times in the past due to several injuries. Nevertheless, I enjoy the trainings a lot and this 5-7 times a week for the moment. It helps me to relax after the lessons at the university and makes meel feel better. Competitions are still important to me, but I also try to focus on having more fun and enjoying the sport.
